## EU Customers — 14-Day Return Right
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@justnuve.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions

Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

## Outside the EU
We do not accept returns for orders outside the European Union. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

## Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@justnuve.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost.
